Shipping

Do we ship to EU or USA, Yes. We do offer free shiping to all EU countries including the USA, Canada and UK. After you purchased the StickyPlay console, you will receive an Tracking number, If your tracking number appears unavailable, rest assured. Your order has been shipped and is transferred to be delivered. Tracking updates will be available within a few business days. Please note, in most cases we deliver within 3 - 7 working days. But it may take up to 10 - 12 business days, depending on the destination.

Refund policy

We understand that you may not be fully satisfied. No worries—simply contact us within 14 days after you received the goods to initiate your return, and we will provide you with an RMA number. Please ensure the RMA number is included with the return shipment

Yes, you can add additional games. Locate the SD card slot on your console and remove the SD card. Use your computer to download the game you want. Arrange the files on the SD card by platform (like SNES or Genesis). Then, insert the SD card back into the console.
